Your Data, Your Mind
Chronos7 exists to make your thinking more powerful — not to harvest your data. Here's exactly how we handle your information.
What we store
When you sign in, we store your email for authentication and sync conversation summaries, cognitive themes, and notes to the cloud so they work across your devices. We do not store your full chat messages on our servers — those live only on your device.
What we will never do
- Never sell your data. Not to advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else. Ever.
- Never use your data for AI training. Your conversations and notes are yours. They are not used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model — ours or anyone else's.
- Never share with third parties. No analytics companies, no partners, no “trusted third parties.” Your data stays between you and your Chronos instance.
- Never serve ads. Chronos7 will never show you advertising or use your data for ad targeting.
How your data is protected
All cloud-synced data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption on our infrastructure. Data in transit is encrypted via TLS. Your full chat history never leaves your browser — it is stored locally on your device and is not accessible to us.
AI model providers
When you chat, your messages are sent to the AI model you've selected (via Vercel AI Gateway) to generate responses. These providers process your messages to produce a reply but do not retain or train on them. We use providers with clear no-training policies.
You're in control
You can delete your account and all associated cloud data at any time from Settings. Local data can be cleared by clearing your browser storage. No data is retained after deletion.
